Project managed and provided leadership in the planning, budgeting, grant writing, and execution of film digitization for the second phase of Indiana University's Media Digitization and Preservation Initiative (MDPI) in close coordination with Library Technologies, University IT, special collection holders, MDPI leadership and vendors.

Hired and supervised nine part-time staff in achieving the goal of cataloging 20,000 audiovisual items for digitization. Positioned Moving Image Archive to lead selection, preparation and tracking of films held across campus for digitization. Developed, designed, and launched archive database using Agile software (JIRA) in close collaboration with Library technical team.

Established specifications for film digitization based on international standards and defined parameters with the private partner operation on digital preservation expectations and deliverables.
